I felt my visit lacked thoroughness, attention to detail, and I was given little respect when I asked a question and was told I was to to give them the respect when they lacked the knowledge of where they placed my vehicle after the service was completed. It took them several minutes to locate my car. I was told upon making the appointment that I would receive my first oil change for free. I was charged for the oil change (53.00). After questioning about the oil change and the loss of my vehicle I asked to speak with someone higher in management and upon further research they did in fact find I was to have the free oil change. Multiple service staff continually refused to believe what I was told and insistent that I give them the exact name of who told me my oil change would be free and was becoming aggressive. This is why I don’t like coming to your service center. When we purchased this vehicle we were also told that every time you brought the vehicle in for service upon completion of the service they wash the car. I had to go to the sales department and ask them to wash the vehicle which they did. Sorry this is so long but it is hard to tell you everything that happened today. Very frustrated and very unsatisfied with all of this. Hope to hear back from you soon.

Felt like I was being pushed into agreeing with numerous services. I called & requested an oil change & to check my car out . So Chris said that it’s recommended that I get a tune-up, change my coolant, change my cabin air filter, change my power steering fluid, change my transmission fluid, & tire rotation & wheel balance... . First i agreed, then I called back & said no. Just do oil change & tune up . Then he called back & said brakes are Recommended. Ok I agreed... Lord, my car is 2015, not 1915!!!’ He’s a very good salesman.. but are all these items really Recommend, & if so by who, Fred or Ford!!!
