It took 2 hours and fifteen minutes to complete a maintenance check. Was originally told it would take hour and fifteen minutes. Would appreciate more up front information about timing, so I could plan my time accordingly and not be waiting around for work that probably only took 30 minutes to complete.

Although we understand that obtaining a part can be an issue we are GREATLY upset that a repair that we were told would be in about 4 hours took THREE consecutive days! BUT the most infuriating issue was your TOTAL lack of communicating the status with us! No one took the initiative to CONTACT us or return our numerous calls. In the future we suggests some one to communicate with your valuable customers ( especially when an advisor takes the day off) another person should have made a courtesy call. When we picked up our car late this afternoon I personally left my name and number ( since Larry was late from lunch) and we assured he will call me. No one called!!! These actions are NOT good business ethics!
