Robert went above and beyond to provide excellent customer care. I forgot my notepad in the car and needed the notes and he even took picture of them and emailed them to me. He got my car in and out in a blink of an eye and even got the parts overnight and everything.

I am sure, I am not the only customer complains about appointments check-in times. Service provider are delayed, or customer vehicles sets additional 15 minutes waiting to be served. Yesterday at 2:50 three maintenance technicians were sitting with their smartphones in-hand doing whatever. Meantime the service technician checks me in 5 minutes after the set appointment. Heck I will even give the three maint. techs the benefit of doubt - they were on break or lunch break until 3:10. I don’t know personally how Norman Reeves operates their service department, but make it look like they are super busy vice giving me an estimate time of completion and estimated price. I wished I had taken a video that way you will see how it can be perceived as such.
