I had asked if they could reattach a console cover and if not to provide a quote for the parts. It seems that this step was completely ignored. Also, the person who drove my car around for pickup did not greet me at all. The drop off/check-in experience is much more pleasant than the pick up experience.

I waited for 20 min in the walkin line before anyone acknowledged I was there. Than I asked for an oil change and I was told that I should have 400 worth of work done. I said I wanted to wait and just to have the oil change and to check the shocks. And they said they would do a point inspection. I figured it was the normal 45 one. I got to the cash register and changed 90 for an oil change and tire rotation. I have never been up solded anything before and this was the first time I was taken advantage. I was crying and no one asked if they could help.
