This visit was handled very efficiently and professionally. Being a mechanic myself, I appreciate the candid discussions about the maintenance procedure and findings. It is always disappointing to be told that I need to ask for a VIP car wash, after spending an additional 4,000 on a service plan and extended warranty to 100k miles. At the same time be told not to have a vehicle alignment as part of the coverage plan as well. What does it really cover for the additional money?
