When I arrived I was in a bit of a hurry I explained the situation to William and not only did he expedite my service but he got my car back to me in less time than he told me he would, allowing me to make it to eat lunch with my son on his birthday! William ROCKS HE’S FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, definitely someone you should keep on your team!

Owen insisted I had no appointment even though I had a 9 am appointment that was made since last Tuesday. He questioned me on location of my car purchase, I explained I bought the car at this service station. This staff member confirmed my name and car is in the system fir the tint service , yet continued to quiz me on the validity of my appointment . I mentioned my sales rep, sales rep came to Owen and explained that I have an appointment for 9am, but Owen still gave my appointment to someone else and delayed my service because he insisted I have no appointment . My car service was delayed for hours because they kept claiming I have no appointment and that contractors worked on my car and not the regular Hendrick service staff. I was further delayed fir 15 minutes because Owen did not have my invoice paperwork ready, and claimed he was unable to get the right total on the invoice. For car pick up, my car was blocked by a towing vehicle and I was further delayed by another service staff who clearly saw I was trying to drive out, toll truck he was working on was blocking my exit, but he ignored me and I had to call his attention after failed attempts to move my car. It appears that the tint of my car was hurriedly installed, effects of sun shield not noted yet, and service may nit be done right- will contact Hendricks if there is No change is still observed after 3 days of tint installation.

Nice service, reasonable price. Bert Lumpkin was too good and very knowledgeable.

Can't trust this location ????..you guys waited until warranty over then tell me about big issues expensive repairs should be waranty included but telling me know to make money of me... unbelievable!!
