I emailed a concern regarding my service to Will but have not heard back yet. Concern is on the alignment results I was provided. On the front right camber and rear right camber the "actual" measurements are out of range. They actually are worse than the "before" measurements. I need this corrected. Please schedule me an appointment for the next Saturday morning to have this addressed.

With an appointment, it took an hour and forty minutes to change oil and rotate tires. This ****! You’re taking the doctor’s office approach; cram in too many appointments and who cares if the customer has to wait. I know the **** counters don’t care, so it’s not going to change.
