I had an appointment at 3:40 for an express oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 3:35 and waited for over 10 minutes to be checked in. My “express” oil change was not done until 5:51 pm. Waiting over 2 hours is not an express anything. People who arrived after me were finished before me. When I was finished, I was treated rudely. If I did not have two more prepaid oil changes at this dealership, I’d never return to this dealership for service.

After work was done the advisor was not available so my oil change took an hour and a half. There were two other customers at her work station also looking for her. My car keys and other keys were waiting at her station so my work had been completed. I think if the advisor assigned is not available then someone else should get the customer and complete the checkout. No one seemed to be able to help until she was located and returned to her station. I have been a customer here for many years and never had such poor service as today. One of the customers that was also waiting for her asked me if I had ever been here before because he was not doing much better than me.

After spending over 200 dollars and specifically asking to have my battery looked at, I was left in a Lowe’s parking lot with a dead battery. After finding someone to give me a jump I then had to go and spend an additional 140 dollars for a new battery. When I went to jump my car, I found heavy corrosion on the terminal. I would’ve assumed that I would have been notified of this by a technician who was supposed to be checking my battery at the dealership like I asked for. Additionally, my tire pressure sensors went off after leaving the dealership. It was then that I discovered that my tires were overinflated by a figure of roughly 10 psi. Quite a disappointing visit.
