I was very impressed with how pleasant and professional she was throughout our experience. She quickly realized that my young daughter and I were planning on staying in the lobby since we were unaware of the shuttle service. She let us know and I was able to have a great day with my daughter without having to sit in the lobby the several hours my car my serviced. It was brought in for a recall but the front tires needed to be replaced as well as an alignment. I will always go back and deal with this wonderful employee for all my service needs. Thanks!

I came for airbag recall and was told it may take one and half hour . So , thought of waiting then I after 2hrs no update after which I had go couple of time to get update .Then I was told literally after 2hrs that my car is not touched yet and may take 45 min after 1hr went to check but was told still working .This delayed even further and finally at 2pm I came out .
Even I would have been told that it may take such long time , would have planned accordingly.
