Bert was the best! He had everything taken care of and even let me run him around a little bit. I left my cord to connect to my car and needed it for the Rental. Bert was more than happy to help, my car was already pulled for service, but he made sure I had what i needed.
Donna Fowler was just as pleasant too, she was so patient with me.
Awesome service! I am glad we purchased at Hendrick Honda of Concord.

The Service Manager (Jeremy) was very professional, technically competent about the issue we were having and kept me up to date on the status of the repair. I was also pleased with the overall experience and that Honda quickly and appropriately covered this warranty item.
Jeremy in particular was helpful and friendly and continued to build my trust in the Honda brand. This vehicle was the first Honda I have purchased, but with positive experiences like this one, it probably won’t be the last.
