Bert was welcoming, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy with trying to get me to do some additional service. For that reason I trusted his guidance and recommendations. He also gave me a really great tire quote and told me that you price match. All this combine with the fast service makes me want to come back and deal specifically with him.
