Will provided great customer service today. He greeted me this morning with a smile. I also observed his outstanding service, when he notified a female customer that her car was ready. She had several items along with he rye, he offered to help her with her things to the car.

My service advisor was great. The issue with my vehicle that Honda can’t seem to fix is awful. My vehicles engine has the popping noise and when it shifts gears it lurches. It’s frustrating that I’ve been dealing with this for a year with no solution and things are only getting worse.
