Mr. Minh Ngo is an excellent Service Advisor who went out of his to ensure my needs were met. It was an extremely busy day at Goudy’s Service Department, and Mr. Ngo advised me of that fact early-on. He informed me that it may take longer than usual to get my car serviced, and he called me later in the day with a status and timeline. He even assisted the other employees to speed up the processing of paperwork to get me on my way.

The actual work was fine. However, Dennis Palacio on the other hand did not communicate with me very well. I was there very early, he originally said my car would be ready about 9:00. I arrived in the morning before 7. After not hearing from him I left him a VM at 1100, He finally text me after 1200 telling me my car would be ready in 90 minutes which would have been around 2:00. I had to call him again only for him to text me that he was in a mtg. He told me my car was ready and that he told me it would be ready in 30 min. which he did not say. He told me it would be 90 mins. I wasted my day without being communicated to unless I called him. I have never had service like that before here. I’ve always had great service and have always known what was going on with my car. I was an unhappy customer today. Thank you.

I had a 8:30 appointment. I arrived at 8:20. The check in was completed at 8:41. Someone needs to monitor the vehicles coming in to expedite the customers who took the time to make an appointment. It appeared that it was “first come, first served.” Additionally, the recall letter stated the air bag replacement takes approximately 45 minutes. I asked Alex Cota if I could pick up the vehicle by 2 pm. He said he could not guarantee that the vehicle would be ready by 2. 9 am to 2 pm is five hours to complete a 45 minute procedure. Poor customer service and not enough employees for the volume of customers dropping off their vehicles. I own three Honda vehicles and I take take all of them to a family owned garage for service. I won’t go back to Goudy Honda until I have to deal with another recall. I would love to talk to the Service Manager if he has the time to call me.

It took me 3 hours to get my car back. It was an oil change service. I had to physically go speak mike and ask where is my car. It was very disturbing and a lack of good service. The cashier very rudely gave me paperwork to sign. The overall experience was not pleasant.
