Ivan Castro was very unprofessional when I had follow up questions about the work that was performed. He was dismissive, did not even make the effort to get out of his chair to look at what I was concerned about regarding my vehicle. He basically threw his hands up and told me to speak to his manager, without explaining the issue further. Very disappointed with his level of service and attitude from a premier dealership.
