I had been in an accident and he walked me thru everything that needed to be done and personally removed the bumper from my car -the accident tore the bumper off the car -but not all the way -too far to actually be driving it. He took care of the problem even tho it was very late in the day. Ivan is great!

First time I went to get my door lock fixed, Dennis Palacio did not even emntion to me that my warranty covers the repair/replacement. Rather, he wuoted me $149 and asked me to come back when the parts arrive. When i came back the week after, i told Dennis that I still have warranty so he did not charge me. I left my car at honda before 730am. Around 3pm, I called Dennis and left him a voicemail inquiring about the status of my car. Around 3:30pm, I called him again and while I was still talking, he cut me off to say my car is ready for pick up. I arrived at Honda around 430 to pick up my car. Checked out the cashier and was given my paperwork and was told my car will be out shortly. 30 miniutes lster, my car is still not taken out. I was standing outside in the heat for 30 mins waiting for my car to be taken out while all the other people got their cars within 5-10mins. The manager even had to talk to me and asked me if hinda lost my car. Apparently, Dennis put the wrong number on my car than what was on the paperwork so they could not locate my car.

Mr Mydam was great and everyone was fine. I was disturbed about getting the car rental while my car was being serviced. When making the appt. the girl did not tell me to bring proof of insurance. I called specifically asked “what do I need to bring to rent the car besides my drivers license. She said “nothing”. In fact I call twice ( had to change time) and the girl said just ur “license” ! It took me aan over an hour just to register my car. I had to call the insurance company, placed on hold for 15 minutes. Then I gave ur staff the phone to tell ins. company to fax what they needed, then waited again when another staff member came to me with additional questions about the car insurance. Of course I was upset and getting very annoyed. I said “I don’t know didn’t you get all the information u needed when ins. co. faxed it to you the info” ? She said no, I needed to call them. By this time I was so upset I said “I’m not calling... you call them” ! Again, shortly thereafter, she called in as I hv to verify I was the policy holder & authorize permission to release info. The whole unpleasant situation should hv been a pleasant one if the two personnel I spoke with regarding the appts. had given me the correct information. What’s even more sad and disappointing is, I specifically asked them BOTH TIMES if I needed anything besides my drivers license.... so whoever makes appts for future recall customers, make sure she gives out correct information to avoid unpleasant experiences.....
