We bought the car through a 3rd party (my credit union) The AC did not work when we test drove the car, so returned it to get the condenser replaced. As long as the car was going back to the dealer, I also asked them to please clean some dirty spots that I noticed, but that was not done when we got the car back after the AC was fixed. I got the 182 point checklist with the AC box checked. But it makes me now wonder how many of the 182 boxes were actually “checked” since the AC was checked but it didn’t work. It does not instill confidence. We bought the car because my son really likes it. The day we finalized the purchase, I noticed more dirty areas in and around the car. Our rep got us a free detail so now we have to spend more of our time to bring in the car to get detailed. This has not been a good experience. Very disappointing.

My name is Angelica Fuentes and I bought my first car here at the Alhambra locations and they sold me a car without the a/c working I go back before the 6monthe pass and they want to tell me that the only thing that they cover is the power strained. Who sells a car without it working and wants to charge 30% from the damages they should be fixing on their own!!!!!!!
