Mr. Cota provided excellent customer service and was very patient in explaining the service issue. My only concern is with the technician and/or mechanic who originally serviced our car. Alex was an absolute professional who quickly and effectively handled my vehicle. He made the entire process from drop off to drive away, straight forward and pleasant. He called me as soon as the issues were discovered and explained to me that the parts were in stock and ready to install. I was able to pick up my car the same day.
