My only complaint was lack of communication knowing when my car was ready. I had to come in the office myself and ask. No text. No overhead page. If texting is used to provide efficiency, then it poorly lacking. I texted twice if my car was ready and no response. That is why I was not satisfied with the service. I waited about 2 hours when I was informed it’d be less.

I had a very positive experience with Sader. It was my first time going in-person to get my car serviced. I typically have my dad take my car for me. Sader was very welcoming and helped me with my car. For some reason the database wasn’t showing that my car had extended warranty and Sader quickly told me what I needed to do and let me know I could text pics of my warranty contract so I didn’t need to come back in person. He was very thorough and as soon as I sent him the pic of my warranty he took care of the claim. I felt relief and he called to let me know that my A/C compressor replacement would just be $50 since I had extended warranty. The service I received from Sader’s was excellent and he made my first time at the dealership for car service positive :)
