Dennis is the best. Helpful, friendly and fast. No one was helping us when we arrived. I even asked the heavy set guy and he said to me wait until all the guys wear black available, then they will help us. I was so surprised when he told me that while all of them were just sitting there and talking. Then when Dennis saw my daughter and standing there waiting, he helped us right away. He is such a great guy. From now on, I will take my car to Dennis instead of Sierra Honda although I live in Arcadia. I don’t mind drop my car in Alhambra although is far.

Everyone here was polite. My only concern is giving an Estimate for the completion of the car. I was told the estimate would be 3 hours and a half, but ended up waiting almost 5 hours. Overall, the experience was good
