I was a bit disappointed with the service agents to supply me with a complimentary vehicle after rescheduling for that purpose. There may have been a lack of communication on there part. I don't believe, after purchasing a 2020 vehicle,a warranty customer would be put aside by Goudy.

Oil marks left all over the car including the interior. Worst experience ever and to the clow who claims he's the Service Manager you are the reason why i will no longer take my car and make sure everyone that i know who service with you ill make sure not to take their vehicles to you guys. Trust me I will have Goudy Honda reimburse me for the car detail I had to do to completely remove the oil marks from my vehicle and reprotect my paint with ceramic coating. #bemoreprofessional #takeprideinyourjob
