Mr Wilson was moving too fast and not listening to what I would say. There were no other cases waiting and I had an appointment yet he was acting like he had to just rush me through. I was frustra6 with the check in process so much that I am rethinking about having my Honda serviced there again.

Communicate and double check your work! If your employees would do that on a regular basis, none of these issues would have happened. 1st, mixing up the vin number happened because someone was too lazy to get up off their **** and go check the number. 2nd, if they had double check their work, they would have noticed that the part they were ordering was for a Civic instead of an Accord, but nobody bothered to try and figure out the issue. 3rd, after realizing that you guys made a mistake, you did nothing to compensate. No sense of urgency, no follow through, I was the one that had to call you guys to get any updates. Your team said you would get back to me, but never did. My car was suppose to be in your shop for a day, maybe two at the latest. That ended up taking 5 days and not once did anyone offer to get me a rental car until I mentioned it. When I came to pick up my vehicle, same thing. I finally get a return call saying my vehicle will be ready around 2:00pm, so I go to Goudy around 3:30pm and my car is still not ready. 20 minutes go by and finally get a call saying my Accord is ready. Go to the cashier and she tells my it’s nine hundred something when is should be $500 + an oil change. Has to call someone to confirm when all someone had to do is communicate and double check their work! Then the cashier gives my key to some dude who then disappears somewhere, so now I can even get into my car until he gets back. From start to finish, I’m sad to say I did not have a single positive thing to say. Well, actually Omar’s attitude was positive and professional, but was overshadowed by everything else. I would encourage you to gather your team and teach them the right way to service customers. No short cuts. Communicate and double check your work!!!

Advisor was very nice and understanding in the beginning, then when it came to the rental he was so rude he even assumed I did not want to return it. He text me in bold letters that he was paying for my rental and I needed to return it so it won’t cost him any more money.. my was was there Saturday, Sunday I was provided with a rental Monday at 6 pm from enterprise returned it on Wednesday at 5:30 pm. Both times I have taken my car, the advisor always have something negative to say.. the first advisor told me I was not driving my car correctly and I was the cause for the censer to appear in the dashboard and didn’t even bother to have it checked. I had to ask to be seen my another advisor. The good thing that happened to me was the day I picked up my car I meet a man his name Jim service manager! What a wonderful customer service experience with him! He made me feel wanted as a customer advisors could really learn a thing or two from him. I was recommended by 4 family members who have bought Honda’s there and 2 have had similar issues with advisors. If you have any questions feel free to call me.

I don't understand why the service agent Mike had to lie to me about a service that I was entitled too. This made me lose trust in this dealership. The only good thing I have to say is that the service manager was more than happy to solve the issue. Although I feel it's very unprofessional to make me go back a second time and waste my time when the service was supposed to be done correctly the first time. I wish they had offered something to make up for wasting my time. If you wish to discuss this issue I would be happy to talk about it ****-****-xxxx
