When the little wrench showed on my dashboard, I called to see if I needed an appointment. The person said no that I just needed an oil change. So I could just come in. Well, I needed a tuneup. I was not prepared for the $400 2+ hours of service. I would like to know when .I need an appointment. Then I would also know that this appointment will be more than just an oil change.
I have brought all four of my Hondas to Goudy for service and have NEVER had this happen before. My first Honda was a 1983 Accord. I have brought my cars to Goudy because
I have always found your service department to be helpful and honest. Not this time.
