I was very dissatisfied with the person who assisted me. He wasn’t courteous. I went to get an oil change on my vehicle and he claimed that my vehicle needed a transmission and brakes fluid change as well. When I asked about changing the windshield wipers, he replied $20 each in a very as a matter of fact voice. That was a total of almost $600! I went to the parts department and asked about the brake fluid, $9.08 each quart X 4. Transmission fluid $10.95 per quart X 3. And the wipers were $25 for both! How can that be allowed!!! He was charging $169.99 to change the brake fluid and $169.99 to change the transmission fluid!! Talk about price gauging!!! Very disappointed!!!
