Service was great! Really fast! Just a suggestion- I had recalls on my car and I left and realized no one told me whether those recalls were completed. Maybe you can reassure the customer and inform them whether those were done, since I didn’t see them on my receipt? Also, offering more coupons via email or mail would be awesome, since the services are usually pretty expensive for the average family, and especially right now with everything with the coronavirus going on.
