I am satisfied with the service performed on my car. But I am disturbed on how Mike handles customer inquiries. Although Mike seems technically knowledgeable about my car, every question I ask was given a very short one sentence answer, and using a very cold tone. This made me feel he doesn't want me to waste his time. So I stopped asking questions. He could have easily given me better explanations but I felt uncomfortably dismissed.
