I know it’s Covid 19 related, you guys must be short handed, but oil change should be done much faster, shouldn’t take 2 hours.

Omar did a really good job in taking care of me. Chris, the manager came out to inspect my concern and immediately took pictures and submitted. Before the RO was printed, Chris came back and said it was approved! There was only one issue, but I think its due to low staff and probably because of COVID. I waited for a while on the service drive before an advisor came to help. Still, all the other concerns I had was taken care of really quick.
