Jose was courteous. He made me feel comfortable, just because I don’t know any about car. After I left Goudy Honda, I had a question about the GPS icon poppy up. I was told he was away from his desk. It’s was about closing time, I thought I had to wait for next day to get my answer. Yet he returned my call, and guided me to solve the problem. And he offered me to call him next day if I have any problem. He is an asset to the company.

I am not satisfied with the service of CHI WING YU "Wilson", I had an appointment for 11:15am and we arrived at 11:10am at the location, however, we waited for 40minutes because he prioritized first the car behind us. I am so disappointed with the service he provided us. And I noticed that the other worker are calling his name to check on my Car yet he was just sitting there looking at them, and there is a car coming behind, he prioritized that first while I am waiting 40minutes in line with an appointment. He said " He needs to talk to the owner of the car behind us because he is a customer." I was very angry and until now because I am a customer to he treated us with discrimination. WORSE SERVICE EVER.

I’m 23 but I’m often told I look 16, so I always worry about people not taking me seriously and treating me like a kid because of how I look. That probably didn’t even pass through Dane’s mind but he was respectable and treated me like any other customer, so I appreciated that.
