I went in for just a tire rotation which was scheduled with an appointment at 1:30. I received a call around 2 hours later that my car was ready. I was waiting for my car after I paid the cashier. It was taking quiet a while for my car to come out so I went to inquire. They went to check on it and almost 30 minutes later I find out it was mistagged. Apparently my car never got serviced and I had to wait while they rushed to rotate my tires. First of all my appointment for a tire rotation should not take long. This was a horrible first experience with the service department here. The only reason I will go back is to get my free oil change the manager gave me. No one came out to speak to me about the situation until I had to ask.
