Andre was extremely cordial, he answered all my questions, kept me posted on the status of my car and made me feel very comfortable. He treated me with respect and didn’t attempt to intimidate me or come across as if I were vacuous.
I would highly recommend anyone going for service at Goudy to ask for Andre.

Jose Trujilo and his crew did an excellent job re-programming the key to my 2015 CRV. He initially called me, a bit concerned, to ask if perhaps I had replaced my locks, or my key in the past due to an accident or something (because their new machining tool wasn't working). I assured him that no, the keys and the lock system in the car were brand new, and he hung up and got back to work. He ended up crediting me for the inconvenience and threw in a bonus key (one that they'd worked on with no luck initially, but they finally got to work).
I very much appreciate how upfront, forthright, and communicative Jose and his team were throughout the entire process. I will happily continue on as a loyal customer to Goudy Honda's service department.

The TPI indicated low tire pressure on rear passenger side when I arrived at the service center. Dane Ishii said they will check on it when they do the free tire rotation. Service was done in timely manner. I came home and parked my vehicle for the day. Next morning when I was leaving for mass, the same tire was very low in air. I live next to San Gabriel Car Wash and Service which they indicated there was a nail in the tire. I had them service the tire. Goudy Honda did not service my vehicle as stated in my service receipt. I did check the oil and oil filter to make sure that was done. How can I trust this service center in my future maintenance and now question my past maintenance. I’ve been a loyal customer with three purchase Honda vehicles and now treated like this?
