I took in my Clarity for a routine alignment. When I left I noticed the work was not done correctly, steering wheel was misaligned. I took it back and Jose Trujillo was apologetic and very accommodating. I took it back the next day.
When I picked the car up, again the misaligned steering wheel, as if nothing was done. I told Jose immediately and we scheduled a time to make sure the work is done correctly. Jose was very helpful and accommodating, he made a very frustrating situation very tolerable.
