lousy and bad costumer service that representative Omar not helpful! work delayed not even offered a loaner car stated no longer provided, not even offering a courtesy shuttle after dropping the car off! And he said the car will be done in 2 days then past 2 days he said the next day then no call then when we follow up again telling us in 2 days! f if I did not get upset and yelled in the phone it will not be done! To change the windshield for $1600 that’s absurd and a ripped off with poor service! I been going for service in this location coz before they really good! Now it is very different! I rated this location poor unlike what they claimed excellent it’s a shame! Will in yelp review and better business bureau!
