I went to get an Express Oil change with a appointment and it OVER 2 hours to complete ????. I was never given an update on the status of the vehicle which I requested. I was offered a tire rotation in addition to the oil change at the tune of $29.95. ????. Needless to say, not a pleasant experience !!!

5.10.22 - Took my van to Goudy Honda to get it checked out because it was leaking oil and it damaged the alternator. The Goudy team (Daniel & Leo) were AMAZING! Communicated very well and kept me up to date with the work. I think I found a new Honda Service Department for all my Honda needs.
