Your service was wonderful. However, rental car cost on Manufacture Warranty repairs should be charged to the Manufacturer, not to to the customer/original car owner.

The work itself was satisfactory. Unfortunately The appointment system did not work in this scenario. I specifically made an appointment to take care of two recalls on our HRV. However, on the date of service, only one of the two were taken cared of. When I made the appointment, I was told a few hours. In this case, the second recall didn't get done because the part was not available and I specified that the car is needed the next day. When I got the call back with that bad news, I said we’ll have to take care of it another day. The disappointing thing was that I made that appointment a week in advance, when I was there the previous week for an oil change and was given a recommendation to fix the recalls. So I specifically made the appointment to do that. A whole week went by to find out at the end of the appointment service day that they dont have the part and they had a whole week to get it, was very disappointing. I was told that they can do it first thing in the morning, but as I previously stated, the car is needed in the morning. Now, after spending a whole day without the family car, I have bring the car in yet again, probably wasting another day off, when instead I could be out having a good time with the family, I have to take the car in, again, to fix an issue that should have been done the first day. To be fair, this has been the only issue I’ve had with the service at Goudy. All other times, it has been great. Richard Teraoka

Mr. Wilson was great! He kept me updated with detailed information and followed up through the process while the car was being serviced. When I picked up the car he went over the service that was provided and check out was fast and easy. Great visit!
