Sader is excellent. We live literally 5 min from Honda Pasadena but bc of the service we receive from Sader we make the extra trip. His honesty is MUCH appreciated. He HONESTLY tells me what I NEED to get fixed and what can wait and doesnt push stuff. He is also very thoughtful and communicative as to the status of the work which I really appreciate. That;s therefore why we then buy all our Hondas there too

Only one comment. Have your cashier’s office take both cash and credit card payment. Why does one have to pay at two locations depending on how they pay. I am handicapped and found your system inconvenient. You used to have one spot payment. Why did it change???
