The initial estimate for the replacement part was two weeks. It’s ridiculous that I should have to wait two weeks. I asked if you would provide a loaner car for this time but you didn’t.
So I had to rent a car while I waited for the part to arrive. Then when it did, I was given virtually no notice. With an extra day of notice I would have saved $80 on my rental.
Terrible customer service all around.
