My service advisor was awesome. However my car was missing a lug nut from a previous visit and I asked them to replace it with one I had to prove. It was not put on as requested. I left and have driven without it since.

I also need to mention Jared (the mechanic) even though we didn't quite pin point the problem of my car, he explained to me some things that could help me monitor and take care of my car better. Service Manager Chris was accommodating because my vehicle had to be present although the letter doesn’t state its requirement. With the voucher I was only able to acquire 2 full synthetic and 1 synthetic blend motor oils, although I had preferred all 3 to be full synthetic. Further, I had to visit Parts, Service, and Cashier sections, and some more than once just to redeem my voucher, making my stay longer just for this simple transaction.
