Jose was a good listener and explained what maintenance was on the schedule. I explained that I have consistently had the maintenance done each time it was due—at either Long Beach or Galpin Honda.I like that Jose listed the specific tasks which might be due and questioned if they had been done recently. In the future whenever I have scheduled maintenance done, I will have with me the paperwork for previous visits. I appreciated how polite and respectful Jose was. I will not hesitate to return to the Goudy Service department, as I have been doing.&
To be honest I have generally avoided Goudy Honda because of negative incidents that I experienced each time when I was shopping for a new CRV—in 2010 and 2016, consequently I purchased my cars from Galpin Honda and have generally had the scheduled service to those cars at Galpin, except for a few visits to Goudy and the most recent visit at Long Beach Honda.
Jose is a very good Service Consultant & professional representative Goudy.
