Made an appointment on Friday, 7/22, to bring car in for LED headlight warranty work and confirmed part was in stock for appointment. Arrived to 10:45am appointment, was checked in at 11am, and received phone call at 2pm after taking bumper off to let me know that the part was actually not in stock. I was told that someone else must have used the part first. I had to pay for a ride back to the dealership and had my time wasted without my car. I couldn’t leave my car over night because I have work the next day. No remedy was offered for inconvenience and financial **** on customer. Unfortunate.

Made appt @1215 for a oil change… I called before my appt asking if I’ll be done by 130 they said yes…. U specifically told the man that was helping me to only do oil change since I had had limited time. He suggested to do tire rotation I said no again … it was around 120 pm n I asked how much longer he came in and said it will be done by 230!!! I said it’s just a oil change he said they do multiple cars not just mine! I told him what is the purpose of me making appts then… he looked bothered. I taken my Honda many times and never had this issue.
