UNBELIEVABLE! Andy was very professional and courteous! His service made me felt very welcome. He provide very detailed of the problem and he was very thorough of the mistake that the mechanic made. I am extremely satisfied of Andy’s honesty and transparency, admitting the mechanics error and NOT blame the client and make some ridiculous expense cost! Honda thrived on making commercials of randomly helping people! Andy just performed that!
