Very fast maintenance, and extremely friendly staff. Went above and beyond to ensure I understood what was being done to the vehicle, even provided a complimentary cold bottle of water.

My vehicle was brought into your service department for an oil/air filter change last time and the AC stopped blowing out cool air, only warm/hot air coming out. I told Andy and he said that it will cost me $199 to get it diagnosed but I told him it was working fine until your service department changed the air filter. Also, there was another time I had to wait beyond my promised time of 3 hours for an oil change and to find out that they completely forgot about my car because the paperwork got lost in a pile of other papers on someone’s desk then they made me wait another half hour before I could get that oil change. I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with your service and won’t be going back there again.
