Mike was great and the service team 10/10. I didn’t like anyone else I interacted with in trying to find directions to get this car serviced. Girls at front desk very rude and the gentleman working the car wash area didn’t how to give directions. Also I noticed they don’t clean your car like other dealerships do

Total scam. Incompetent technicians. I bring my car in to inspect a humming noise. You charge me $196 just to inspect my car. Then you tell me I’ve a transmission issue and it’ll be another $6000 to make the noise go away. I take the car to another mechanic the next day. He fixes the problem for $360. It was the wheel bearing. Hope you enjoyed taking my $196 in exchange for useless information.
