Andy was amazing! He explained everything they would need to do with my car since they kept it over night. But the next day when I picked it up Daniel (Danny) was explaining to me what was going on with my car he seemed like he didn’t know what he was talking about. Then I asked if they did a multi point inspection and he just said no we don’t do that when we change batteries. Last time I came I hoped to not get him and of course he was the one to help me. I hope he cares more in the future about his customers.

I’ve been on a long and frustrating journey getting my car repaired since my catalytic converter was stolen this March, with going to multiple shops, complications having to do with my ECU. Mike made me feel seen and understood in all this and did everything he could to make it easy for me. He worked with the mechanic and communicated with me over text every step of the way. Even when things took a frustrating turn when I found out the ECU I bought from a different company to put into my car wouldn’t work, he already had a solution to present. In the end, everything got fixed and best of all, without more stress on me. I can’t sing my praises louder for Mike; he gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received for car repairs/servicing.
