The technician Bryan Chan broke my wiper blade rubber insert and left red sticky residue on my car windshield and front bumper. I was not in a rush to get my car so I don't understand why the advisor Andy Doan did not bother to check my car to make sure it was ok. Just terrible attention to detail here. This is my 3rd time with lack of attention and the carelessness from the technicians and advisors.

I appreciate that Andre was very hands on and help me walk through on whole process from beginning to end. But I'm most appreciative that he was willing to admit to his mistake. There's one thing that needs to be fixed is the mosquitoes in the service center, I was bitten 3 times while I was there. The bug zapper didn't seem to help.
