Leo was amazing! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Leo made sure I was in and out of the service center quickly, as I had to go to work. I will definitely ask for Leo the next time I take my car in for service.

While Omar was courteous, he did not call me with update after saying car was going to be put back together and a part will be ordered. Also, I had to call again almost 1 hour after promise time to see if it is ready. Maybe this was just an odd case…?
In reality, there was another diagnostic step that should have been done before telling me the need for a different part. The other part, was not the issue after all, I was told when picking up the car. Wish the technician had run the test when he first started working on the car.
I will be dropping off the car in the am, as I was told the issue is now deemed to be electrical and will need 1/2 day or more to diagnose &/or fix.

My airbag light went on the the same day i took my car out from your shop, repairing my gage. Whats up with that? And the previous time i took my vehicle so you can check the brakes, the hub cap fell of the vehicle while driving the same day i picked it up. And your prices are not cheap for all this to be happening,
so get your act together because I lost faith in your dealer shop.
