The guy that helped me was rude. When I asked why I couldn't get the blend for the oil change, he abruptly said "I'm not going to give you something I don't have" then proceeded to saying that Honda hasn't had that for over 3 years. And that's a lie because I got it about a year ago. So I don't know what's going on with that either because it isn't the first time this has happened. For sure not returning to this Honda again. Seems like they are just trying to get the most out of me.
At least the first time that they told me they didn't have the blend they guy was nice about it and explained it.
The second time after that, the associate said that of course we have that. So very confusing.
