Neil was great, he made the process very quick and simple. He was also very communicative and helpful when answering my questions. However, there were numerous issues after I got my car back. First, the signal light wasn’t properly installed after they took it out for an AC service. Second, I also took my car in for tires balancing, rotation, and alignment. After I got the car back and drove for less than a mile, one of the weights that was used for tire balancing fell off on the road. I had to stop my car to pick it up because i was hearing some MAJOR clicking nose while driving. This wasn’t the first time where things didn’t go right after I got my car back. Every time i take my car here for service, there are always issues. Before, my car missed numerous bolts after a front fender replacement. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until weeks after, but they’re just bolts I could easily replace them. But this time has caused me to go back and forth two times on two different days. So overall, great customer service, but the technical services themselves are questionable.
