I left my vehicle on 4/25. The work order said it would be ready at 2:00pm. I was never contacted with the diagnosis or status of my car. I finally received a text message on 4/26 saying the car was ready for pick up. This has never happened at Goudy Honda before. The service technicians always call me with the status. This is especially important if the vehicle is going to be kept overnight. Not happy with this experience at all.
