Goudy Honda is amazing! They have great customer service in all of there departments especially there service department! There service advisors and there management team is the best team I have encounter through out my years! I drove 95 miles just for there service and there great customer service! They are honest and sincere. The drive for me was well worth it! Want to give a shout out to Jim from the service department and David Vasquez for helping me out and being awesome and taking care of me! I just want to thank them for helping me out! Excellent customer service. David spent time to explain to me the repair required and did not dismiss my concerns. He restores my faith in a dealer service department, which I lost a few years ago at Goudy. He also tried to find me extended warranty items to address my EPS issue, beyond what a lot of service advisors would do.????

I was never called or texted to be informed that my vehicle was ready for pick up. After 3 hours i had gone to ask if it was ready and was told it was ready. That is not professional.
