Sader Gonzalez it's always rude and condescending and that's why I don't like working with him as a service provider. Jim sims, the manager, is actually a very nice, friendly, and respectable individual. I don't understand why Sader Gonzalez does not follow Jim.

Chris and Andy from the service department were so amazing. I bought my car at Goudy in 2018 and my ac started to give me problems. I called and spoke to Chris and he told me to bring in my car the next morning to get it checked out. They made sure that I was taking care of and got my car fixed and back to me very quickly. I have to say that this was the best experience I have had with Honda so far. They both me feel so happy that I have always been part of the Honda Family and they reminded my why I always go to Honda for anything I need. I definitely will be returning to Goudy again.
