It appear that Neil was more concerned with making suggestions for services then concentrating on the service request. When asked how much would wipers cost to install he immediately answered $40 without looking it up. Either Neil has an excellent memory or I'm just leary.

Made an appointment for service and recall. Was unable to do recall because I was not expecting to leave my car for 6 hours. Tried to make an appointment for just the recall, but was still told they could not guarantee that I would have my car back in time to pick up kids from school. Unacceptable that I would be expected to leave my car for at least 6 hours for a recall. Person assisting me was very unapologetic and had no interest in helping me find an option to do the recall.
